Who's the Tenth Man?

A tensman is a participant who has gathered his tensman (a cell of 10 people) around him and receives a leadership bonus of 5% from all contributions of his participants.

It's not a referral. It's management. It's responsibility. And it's money.

If you invited a new member into the system directly - you get 10% from each of their contributions.



  • This works every time a person tops up their balance.

  • Bonuses are available for withdrawal after 30 calendar days.

  • No deductions, everything is charged on behalf of the system, not from the invitee's funds.


Conditions for referral bonus accrual:

  • A participant must not sell his tickets (or even part of them) within 30 days from the date of purchase. If he/she "leaked them early" - you lose the bonus.
  • Your bonus tickets are frozen for 30 days too.
    Only then can you:
    - to sell them,
    - to use in steaking,
  • Bonuses are only awarded on "new money".
    If an invitee invested 1000 and then withdrew 1000, when you re-invest 1500 - you'll only get a bonus from 500.
    All repeat top-ups are accounted for by the difference.

How to Become a Dozen:

  • You do it yourself.
    If you haven't bought a single ticket, they simply won't believe you. People sense when you are "selling air" without believing it yourself.
  • Invite at least 10 people.
    After everyone is registered by your ref link - they are assigned to you. When you reach 10 active participants - you can apply for opening a cell.
  • A cell is created - you become a Dozennik.
    You now start receiving 5% from all contributions from members in your top ten. (The referral bonus - still 10% - is also retained.)

What's forbidden:

  • You cannot make fake registrations (e.g. on behalf of your wife, grandfather, cat).
  • You can't "race" money around between friends to farm bonuses.
  • You can't assign participants who got into your cell through automatic allocation.
All of this will be tracked and zeroed out. The system is honest, and we should work honestly. Not to "inflate", but to develop.

Useful advice from the "old-timers" of MMM:

  • When in doubt, offer them half of your bonus.
    - That will allay suspicion.
    - It will build trust.
    - And it's working great.
  • Or you could just give them tickets to the start. So that he could participate, feel it.
