How the sale works:
- The Participant submits an application for sale in myAlpari
- The application is received by the tentmaker, who confirms it
- Desyatnik transfers the money to the specified details
- The participant acknowledges receipt of the money
- The application is closed - the transaction is completed

In order for the sell function to become available, the member must complete a balance reconciliation (confirmation that there are real funds behind the tickets).

What do I do if I don't have access?
If the ticketing function is not available and you are sure your tickets have already been unfrozen, you or your supervisor (tentmaker):
Write to the "Help" section in myAlpari.
Indicate, "Didn't pass reconciliation - need help."
The support team will check what's wrong and help you gain access.

If you are a member and you don't have the "Sell" tab displayed, it means your tentmaker didn't pass reconciliation.
In this case, you need to:
If the tentmaker does not contact you - contact the section "Help"In your personal cabinet. There you will be advised on how to proceed.
Contact your tentmate - clarify why he hasn't gone through the reconciliation and when he plans to do so.
Everything is done for transparency and safety.
